Gary’s head is behaving so far. No deterioration overnight and the doctor is very pleased this am. They want another 24 hours of stability then are talking about moving him to a ward. This will get him mobile and rehabilitated. ‘If’ all this goes to plan they are talking about him coming home this time...

More white knuckle stuff today. Unfortunately Gary oulled out his drain while he was sleeping earlier. The doctors had been planning to ‘challenge’ his brain by raising the drain or clamping it off but nothing so radical as removing it!
